Tenderize the steaks lightly on both sides with a mallet.
Pour the oil in a tray and cut the onions into crescents, stir and distribute evenly along the bottom of the tray. On top, arrange the steaks tightly next to each other.
Separately, mix the milk, wine, all purpose sauce, salt, ground black pepper and cumin, stir well and pour it over the steaks.
Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil and put it in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven to bake for 60 min.
