How to make
Crumble the yeast in about 2/3 cup (150 ml) warm milk with 1 tbsp sugar and a little flour. Beat the eggs with the rest of the milk and oil. Knead a dough from all of the products and leave it to rise.
Once risen, divide it up into 4 equal parts. Roll out each into an oval sheet, smear with oil and place on top of one another, don't smear the last one.
Cut it into 8 triangles. Cut each with a knife through the middle and pull the bottom up through the hole. Fold the wide parts inward and press with a wooden skewer.
Leave it to rise in a warm area and once it's ready, smear with beaten egg yolk, milk and oil. Sprinkle seeds on top and bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven.
