How to make
Cut the chicken into 4 parts, wash them, rub with salt, paprika, black pepper and mashed garlic cloves.
Leave for 30 min. to take in the salt and fry in heated oil until reddened.
Add the finely chopped onions and parsley.
Once they soften, pour on the wine, add the bay leaf and boil on low heat until the chicken is left in just oil.
