How to make
Heat the water and in 3.5 tbsp of it dissolve the yeast and sugar until it swells.
Sift the flour and 9 oz (250 g) of the corn flour, make a well. In it, pour 3.5 tbsp of the oil, the salt and yeast. Start kneading, while gradually adding the rest of the warm water.
Knead until you get a soft dough that doesn't stick to the hands.
Transfer it to a clean towel and leave to rise about 30 min. Then knead the dough again, smear a bread pan with the rest of the oil and sprinkle the remaining 2 oz (50 g) corn flour in it.
Put the dough in the bread pan and leave to rise again. Make cuts on the bread and bake at 390°F (200°C) until ready (30 min).
