How to make
Clean, wash and chop the cabbage in a pot, salt it and mash well with your hand.
Chop the onion in a pan and braise it with a little oil, then add the finely chopped tomatoes, paprika and coarsely diced or chopped meat and braise another 5 min.
Pour the braised meat with onions over the mashed cabbage and pour in water.
Boil until ready. Once you remove the dish from the stove, chop in the dill and stir well.
