How to make
Clean and wash the veggies. Chop them coarsely and put them in a deep tray or clay pot.
Cut the meat into slices and add it to the veggies, pour in the canned tomatoes, tomato paste, spices to taste, olive oil and stir everything.
Pour in the broth, cover with a lid and put it in the oven at 360°F (180 °C) for about 2 hours. When serving, sprinkle each serving with fresh parsley.
