  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • pickles - 1 jar
  • mayonnaise - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • eggs - 10
  • ham sausages - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • corn - 4/5 cup (200 g)

How to make

Boil the potatoes and the eggs. Grate 1/2 the potatoes within a cake ring and form them into a layer.

Smear with the mayonnaise on top and then arrange the chopped or finely grated pickles, ham sausage, eggs and corn.

Make a 2nd layer in this order and finish off with potatoes, smeared with mayo. Decorate as desired.
