  • ayran - 1 cup (250 g) or runny yoghurt
  • flax - 1 tsp, ground seeds
  • prunes - 5, dried
  • oats - 2 tbsp
  • cocoa - 1 tsp
  • bananas - 1/2

How to make

With this porridge you'll cleanse your body of toxins in just 7 days, plus lose weight too. Some lose 2 lb (1 kg), others up to 11 lb (5 kg), it's different for everyone. Begin preparing it the night before.

Pour hot water over the dried prunes and leave them to soften for 15-20 min. Cut them into pieces, add the yoghurt.

If it's 2% fat, there's no need to add water. Add the oats, cocoa, banana slices and ground flax seeds.

Pour into a tall pitcher and mash to a smooth mixture. Leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, drink a cup of hot water, then eat your porridge.
