How to make
Sift the flour. Dissolve the yeast with 1/2 cup cool water. To the yeast, add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour, stir and leave the mixture in a warm area until effervescent.
Pour the ready mixture into the flour, add the salt, 3 tbsp oil and 2 eggs. Stir and pour in a little more cool water until you can knead a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
Roll up the dough into a ball, cover it with foil and leave in a warm area to rise.
Divide up the ready dough into 3 balls. Roll out each ball into a sheet.
Smear each sheet with oil and sprinkle with feta cheese.
Put the sheets on top of one another and wrap it all up into a roll. Cut the roll into small pieces.
Turn the pieces with the cut sides facing up and arrange them in an oiled tray.
Beat the 3rd egg and smear the tutmanik on top with it. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and put the tray in a preheated oven.
Bake at 370°F (190 °C) until ready.
