How to make
For the pancakes:
Beat the 2 eggs with a little salt and subsequently add flour, milk, the oil, warm water, flour again and so on until you get a thick and smooth mixture. Fry 9 pancakes in a heated pan that you've greased the bottom of with drops of oil using a brush.
For the filling:
Mix together the mayonnaise and sour cream, stir with a spoon in a bowl. Set aside a little of it for decoration.
Prepare various mixtures in separate containers, for example: coarsely grated pickles and fillet; grated cheese and egg whites; chopped sterilized mushrooms, chopped pitted olives and capers.
Put 2 tbsp of the creamy mixture in each bowl of ingredients and stir.
Assembling the cake:
Put the 1st pancake in a cake plate, smeared with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Distribute part of the 1st mixture on it, then alternate pancakes and the different mixtures. Every 3 pancakes, sprinkle sweet corn, capers and peas - do this twice. Smear the cake with the set aside creamy mixture, smearing it out toward the edges so that it leaks from the sides a bit like a decoration.
Decorate your pancake cake as desired.
I sprinkled the middle with crumbled egg yolks and rolled up fillets.
