Ingredients

  • mince - 14 oz (400 g), mixture
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 3
  • carrots - 1, boiled
  • pickles - 1
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • sumac
  • processed cheese - 2/5 cup (100 g), smoked
  • peppers - 2, roasted, red
  • potatoes - 4 - 5
  • cream - 1 tbsp

How to make

Put the mince in a bowl. Add the finely chopped onion, spices and 1 egg. Add the diced carrot, pickle and cheese.

Knead very well and lay it out in a buttered form. Cover with the peppers, sprinkle with diced processed cheese.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Boil them in salted water. Drain them and leave them to cool for a little bit.

Add the eggs, cream, salt, black pepper to taste. Stir and pour it into the form.

Smooth it out well and bake at 390°F (200 °C) about 35 min. Take it out of the oven and leave it to cool.

Invert into a suitable plate and serve with a garnish of your choice.
