How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the oil, honey, vinegar and stir again until the products are mixed.
Sift the flour and mix it with the rest of the dry ingredients. Stir everything well.
Knead a soft dough, roll it out if desired or cut it into shapes of your choice right away.
Personally, I like to shape the dough into a roll and cut it into slices about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick. Shape each piece into a ball with your hands. Arrange in a tray with baking paper and bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 20 min.
Stick the resulting gingerbread together in pairs with rosehip marmalade.
