Ingredients

  • chicken meat - 17.5 oz (500 g) deboned
  • processed cheese - 14 oz (400 g), natural, 25 - 30% fat
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), 15 - 20% fat
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
  • dijon mustard - 1 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp, ground

How to make

Make a marinade from the oil, mustard, soy sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper and a little salt.

Cut the meat into bites and stir well with the marinade. Leave it about 1 hour.

Braise the meat with the marinade about 2 min. in a heated pan.

In an oven-safe glass container with a lid, place the meat, the cut into slices feta cheese, the cream and the rest of the black pepper.

Put it in a 320°F (160 °C) oven for about 1 hour and stir well after boiling point.

Serve warm.
