Beat the eggs, while adding the sugar in several lots. Add the oil, stirring until fully absorbed. Next, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and vanilla. Stir briefly until homogeneous.
Pour the prepared mixture in the large baking tray, covered with baking paper, and distribute it out evenly.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for 15-20 min., depending on the oven.
While still warm, smear it evenly with marmalade and roll it up into a tight a roll as possible.
Cover with the baking paper and leave to cool briefly.
Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
