Beat the eggs and sugar very well into a smooth cream. Flavor with the vanillas and start adding flour until you get a smooth and medium-thick dough.
Optionally, you can add dried fruits, seeds or aromatic spices in the cookies. Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut out cookies of the desired shapes.
Bake to a nice pinkish hue. While still warm, make a hole at one end, put thread through it and hang the cookies on the Christmas tree.
