  • flour - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • sugar - 3 - 4 tbsp

How to make

Make a well in the flour and break the egg in it. Start rubbing the flour between your hands into very fine crumbs.

Pour the crumbs in a sieve to get rid of the excess flour from them. Heat the milk in a pot.
