How to make

Boil the milk with the sugar. Add the diced boiled pumpkin.

Boil the mixture to a smooth paste while stirring, then let it cool.

Add the yolk, chopped nuts, and finally the egg whites beaten into snow. Pour the cream into forms/bowls and serve.
