How to make
Dissolve the yeast in cool water with the sugar. Beat the eggs with the yoghurt, oil and vinegar. Sift the flour with the salt.
Make a well in the flour and pour the egg and yeast mixtures into it. Knead a soft dough. Divide it up into 4 parts. Roll 1 out into a thin sheet.
Smear it with the melted butter, mixed with the oil, and cover with a 2nd rolled out sheet. Smear with the buttery mixture again and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Roll it up and twist the roll. Arrange in a spiral shape in a buttered oven dish.
Repeat this process for the remaining 2 sheets. Leave to rise, smear with beaten egg and bake the tutmanik at 390°F (200 °C) about 40 min. Smear with butter and cover with a clean towel.
