How to make
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl, then add the oil, yoghurt with the baking soda, vanilla and gradually the flour at the end.
In an oiled and floured tray, pour in 1/2 the mixture.
Arrange the pieces of chopped Turkish delight on top, along with the raisins and crumbled walnuts, then pour the remaining mixture on top. Bake in a moderate oven.
