How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. To the yolks, add the milk, flour and black pepper.
Beat the egg whites to snow.
Grate the cheese on the coarse side of the grater. Mix everything together, pour the resulting mixture into a small tray into which you've heated the butter beforehand.
Bake briefly in a high oven.
