How to make
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add the yoghurt, oil, 1/2 the flour + baking powder and beat again. Pour in the remaining flour and stir with a whisk.
Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces and add it to the mixture. Add the raisins (soaked in alcohol beforehand) after rolling them in flour.
Grate the lemon rind finely and stir with a spatula. Oil and flour the cake form and pour in the cake mixture.
Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven about 40 min. until your toothpick comes out dry and when you poke it. If needed, cover with foil. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
