  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cream - 1/2 cup
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • celery - 2 bunches
  • breadcrumbs - 1 tbsp
  • oil - 1 tbsp

How to make

Wash the mushrooms well, cut off the stems. Arrange them in a tray. Saute the stems in the oil, season and add the breadcrumbs.

Fill the mushroom caps with this mixture. Pour on the cream, premixed with the parsley and celery.
