  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • sugar - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • flour - 1 cup (250 g) + 1 tsp baking powder

  • breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp
  • walnuts - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g), chopped

How to make

To the water add the oil, sugar and a little of the flour with baking powder at a time, until you get a soft dough. Lay out 1/2 the dough in a tray with baking paper.

Pour in the filling of grated apples, walnuts, breadcrumbs, cinnamon and vanilla. Tear up the 2nd half of the dough into small bits on top.

Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 45 min. After cooling, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
