Ingredients

  • green beans - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • water

How to make

Wash the green beans well, clean and cut them into 1″ (2.5 cm) pieces.

Pour them into 3 1/3 cups (800 ml) jars and season with the salt. Pour water up to the top, close the jars and sterilize for 10 min. after closing the caps.

Take them out carefully and flip with the caps down.
