How to make
Boil the egg in salted water, rinse it under cold. This makes it easier to shell. Grate it in a bowl.
Add the grated cheese, crumbled feta cheese, mashed garlic cloves. Wash the spices, chop them finely and add them to the bowl, along with the curry and black pepper.
Finally, add the yoghurt and stir everything well. Taste it and if necessary, add a pinch of Himalayan salt.
Serve the garlic appetizer garnished with olives, a red pepper and glass of red wine. Live long and healthy!
