How to make
Peel and grate the apples coarsely. Grind the walnuts; if you don't have a manual grinder you can use a knife to chop them up finely.
Beat the eggs and sugar to a fluffy homogeneous mixture. Sift the flour and baking powder and pour them into the egg mixture, stir well.
Pour the mixture into a tray in which you've put oiled baking paper. Sprinkle it with the grated apples, ground walnuts.
Butter is melted and poured over the apple cake.
Put to bake in a preheated 340°F (170°C) oven for 30-35 min.
After the cake is baked, wait for it to cool and cut it into squares.
