Ingredients

  • flour - 3 cups (700 g)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • yeast - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g), dry
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp

How to make

Knead a soft, nonstick dough from the ingredients.

Divide it into 10 balls of about 3.5 oz (100 g) each, leave to rise for 15-20 min.

Roll them out into thin sheets and cook until golden on both sides.

I used a grill pan but you can cook them on a grill or BBQ.
