  • pig ears - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • lemon juice

How to make

Boil the well-washed pig ears in salted water about 45 min. or until fully cooked.

Then drain them and cut them into small pieces or strips.

Beat the soy sauce with the lemon juice, pressed garlic and paprika. Smear each piece with this mixture using a brush and cook on a heated grill, barbecue or griddle. They taste most appetizing when cooked using charcoal.

Place the cooked pig ears in a pot with a lid and sprinkle with a little more soy sauce if desired.
