How to make
Knead the mince with the onions, egg, bread and salt.
Then roll out the resulting pizza dough in an oven dish 11 3/4″ (30 cm) in diameter (preferably covered with baking paper).
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven until the mince is mostly baked, but not fully.
At that point, add the toppings, i.e. the tomato paste, olives and finally the grated cheese.
Return the Meatzza to the oven until the cheese melts (10-15 min.)
