Ingredients

  • eggs - 2, hard - boiled
  • carrots - 2
  • rice - 1 cup
  • peas - 1/2 cup, canned
  • salami - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • strained yoghurt - 4 tbsp
  • pickles - 2
  • olives - 10

How to make

Boil the rice in 3 1/2 cups water and drain it. Mix it with the drained peas, grated eggs, carrots, mayo, chopped salami and yoghurt.

Stir well and leave the mixture for 1-2 hours in the fridge. Then shape it into a cake and decorate with chopped pickles and olives.
