How to make
Knead a dough from the ingredients. Divide it into 8 balls. Roll out each one into a sheet. Use a pot lid to form it into a circle 8 3/4″ (22 cm) in diameter.
Braise the sheet on both sides in a little oil in a ceramic saucepan. Repeat for the other 7 dough balls.
Cream mix:
Beat the sour cream lightly with the sugar and vanilla. Smear each sheet with the cream mix, on the top and sides.
Stack the sheets on top of one another. Decorate the cake with finely crumbled soft biscuits. You can also make lines of melted chocolate on top.
