  • eggs - 4 - 5
  • butter - 1 tbsp
  • carrots - 1
  • green onions - 1 bunch
  • black pepper
  • all purpose spice - 1 tbsp
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • milk - 3 tbsp
  • oil

How to make

Cut the carrot, ham and onions finely. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the all purpose spice and milk.

Pass the egg mixture through a sieve, so that the mixture becomes perfectly smooth. Add the the carrot, ham and onions to it. Stir well.

Put a pan with a nonstick coating on the stove. Smear it with oil and pour ladles of the mixture into it. Turn the stove on low.

Once the omelette is ready on one side, start to roll it up carefully. Roll it up to the middle, smear the uncovered half of the pan with a little oil again and pull the rolled up part to the empty part of the pan.

Add more of the mixture to the smaller, empty part of the pan and wait for it to cook.

Then roll it up again and pull again. Repeat until you run out of mixture. Once it's ready, take the roll out and put it on a cutting board.

Cut it into pieces, put them in a plate and serve decorated with parsley and a salad of your choice.
