How to make
Cut the zucchini into slices but not too thin, so they don't get too dry during grilling. Arrange the slices in a bowl and mix with the olive oil. Cook on a grill or grill pan on both sides.
Mash the feta and cream cheese in a bowl. Add the chopped dill, mashed garlic and walnuts. Stir everything.
Smear the grilled zucchini with the mixture and roll them up into rolls. Grill the pine nuts for a few seconds in the pan and sprinkle them over the rolls.
