Just a slightly different way to eat boiled eggs and it is quite pleasing to the eye when it has color and an interesting arrangement.
Boil the eggs. If you want the sauce to be lighter on the stomach, you can add more yogurt and less mayonnaise. I have also made it with strained yogurt, it depends on what I have in the fridge, I mix everything and mix well.
Drizzle the eggs with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped spring onions and ... done!
