How to make
Spinach is cleaned and blanched. Eggs are beaten with the cheese, 1-2 tablespoons of flour are added, and then the spinach. Season with spices and stuff the tenderized chicken breasts.
Roll and place them to bake in a greased pan, covered with foil. Arrange them in such a way so as not to break them. They can be pierced with 1-2 toothpicks. The entree is served cut into small rolls.
