How to make
Make a thick mixture from the slightly heated milk, the yeast, salt, sugar, oil and vinegar, then leave it to rise. After it does, knead it.
Make small balls from it, dip them in the melted butter and arrange in a round oven dish, 12 1/2″ (32 cm) in diameter.
Sprinkle them with breadcrumbs, mixed with salt.
Let them rise again and bake until golden.
