  • cottage cheese - 1 cup (250 g)
  • butter - 1 cup (250 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • caraway - for sprinkling
  • sesame seeds - for sprinkling
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g), grated, for sprinkling
  • flour - as much as it absorbs
