How to make
Mix together the olive oil, ketchup, mustard, dried garlic, salt, paprika and white pepper until homogeneous. Pour it over the pieces of meat and sprinkle with dried savory.
If you have time, it's best to leave the meat in the fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
I couldn't wait, so I just put it in an oven dish with 2 finger widths of water, covered it with foil and put it in a max-preheated oven.
I waited for the water to come to a boil and lowered the heat to 300°F (150 °C). I baked for about 2 hours. The end result is unbelievably delicious meat that falls off the bone.
