How to make
To make the cake layer, crumble the biscuits and mix them with the butter. Lay out the biscuits, even out and press lightly.
For the parfait, beat the cream with the powdered sugar. To it, add the sour cream. Try it to taste and sweeten as desired.
Make 1 packet of gelatin according to the directions and add it to the mixture.
Divide it into 2 - add the chopped strawberries to 1 part.
First, pour the white mixture over the biscuit layer, cool it in the freezer about 30 min., then pour on the strawberry mixture and freeze for another 30 min.
For the final gelatin layer, use about 4/5 cup (200 g) strawberries. Leave them to sit for 2 hours with the powdered sugar. Then, heat up the sauce they release and melt 1/2 packet gelatin in it.
