Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • gelatin - 4 tbsp
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • vinegar - 2 - 3 drops
  • biscuits - 1 packet, cocoa
  • marmalade - strawberry flavor
  • wafer rolls - chocolate, for decoration

How to make

Separate the egg yolks in a bowl, add 1/2 cup sugar to them and beat with a mixer to foam. Add the gelatin, flour, vanilla and 1 cup cold milk. Beat with the mixer again.

Heat the rest of the milk on the stove and pour the egg mixture into it in a thin trickle, while stirring nonstop, while the cream is boiling. Leave the cream to cool.

In the meantime, beat the 6 egg whites with 1 cup sugar and 2-3 drops vinegar to snow. Add them to the cooled cream and mix carefully.

Put 1 tsp strawberry marmalade at the bottom of each glass. Pour part of the cream on top, arrange a layer of biscuits and pour on more cream, arrange a 2nd layer of biscuits and finish with another layer of cream.

Finally, decorate with strawberry marmalade and chocolate wafer rolls. Put the glasses in the fridge so that the cream gels.
