"One of the greatest pluses about casseroles is that they`re easy to make. Just mix all the ingredients together and bake until ready."

  • feta cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • flour - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • black pepper
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • dill
  • parsley

How to make

Beat the eggs with the milk, flour and baking powder.

To them, add the grated feta cheese and 2/3 of the cheese. Add the spices and stir well.

Smear the oven dishes (I used 1 medium-sized one and 4 smaller ones) and pour in the mixture.
