How to make
Sift the flour and make a well. Add the oil, yeast, salt and sugar. Pour in 1 cup cool water (if needed add more water or flour) and knead a soft dough. Cover it and leave it to rise in a warm area.
Divide the the ready dough into balls. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet, cut out circles in it using a bowl and put them on the grill, which you've buttered ahead of time.
When flipping the flatbread over, smear them with more butter. Bake until golden.
