How to make
Separate the egg yolks from the whites into 2 separate bowls but put the yolks into a larger one. Mix each of them with 1 tbsp milk each.
Cut the ham and pickles into very small pieces and add them, with the black pepper, to the yolks. Smear a pan with a nonstick coating with olive oil, put part of the egg yolk mixture in it.
Cook on lower heat to prevent burning. Make it as you would a pancake. Once the pancake is nearly ready, wrap it into a roll starting from one end until you reach the middle of the pan, to open up space.
Smear the empty pan area with olive oil again and pour in a little of the egg whites. Once they're ready, wrap into a roll again.
Repeat this process until out of ingredients or until you feel that the roll is large enough. In my case I made 2 rolls. Take the ready roll out carefully with a spatula and cut it into round slices.
