How to make
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large oven dish (flour, salt, yeast).
Beat the egg with the yoghurt, to which you've added a pinch of baking soda, then add the milk and oil.
Pour in the mixture to the flour and stir until it begins to stick. Then finish kneading with your hands.
Let it sit for about 30 min., then begin to shape fritters with oiled hands. Fry in heated oil.
