Ingredients

  • sugar - 1 1/2 cups
  • yoghurt - 1 1/2 cups
  • butter - 1 cup
  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1
  • chocolate sprinkles - 1/2 cup
  • coconut flakes - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla - 1 essence
  • for the glaze
  • white chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • cream cheese - 2 - 3 tbsp, unsalted

How to make

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, chocolate sprinkles and coconut flakes. Mix them together well.

In another bowl, beat the butter with the sugar. Add the yoghurt to them and stir. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ones and stir.

Pour the mixture into a form laid out with baking paper. Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 30-35 min.

In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Melt the chocolate with the milk. Leave it to cool a little and add it to the cream cheese. Stir well and smear it on the baked and cooled cake.

Optionally, you can sprinkle it with coconut flakes and grated chocolate.
