Ingredients

  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
  • eggs - 8
  • sugar - 2 cups
  • vanilla - 1 packet

How to make

Caramelize 1 cup sugar in an oven dish and leave it to cool.

Beat the eggs and the rest of the sugar very thoroughly. To them add the milk and vanilla.
