"Everyone loves Creme Caramel, so here`s a simplified version for our favorite dessert, this time in an oven dish."
- milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 L)
- eggs - 8
- sugar - 2 cups
- vanilla - 1 packet

Caramelize 1 cup sugar in an oven dish and leave it to cool.
Beat the eggs and the rest of the sugar very thoroughly. To them add the milk and vanilla.
Stir everything and pour it into the oven dish. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
