How to make
Blend the biscuits in a blender. Add the melted butter and stir well. Pour the mixture into an 8″ (20 cm) form. Spread it out well and press down to form a layer. Put the form in the fridge while you prepare the cream.
Combine the milk, cocoa, butter and sugar. Put them on the stove and stir until the mixture begins to thicken. Combine the sour cream with some sugar and add the cooled cocoa mixture to it.
Next, add the gelatin (made according to packet directions).
Cut the bananas lengthwise. Take the form out of the fridge and arrange the bananas on the layer. Pour on the cream, smooth it out well and put the cake in the fridge for 4-5 hours.
Remove from the form, sprinkle with ground nuts and chocolate and serve.
