How to make
Clean the tripe and put it to boil in a pressure cooker with the chopped onions and salt to taste.
Cut the boiled tripe into cubes. Pour the broth and cut tripe into a pot and return to the stove.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the milk and while constantly stirring, pour it into the broth in a thin trickle. Boil about 5-10 min.
In a bowl, braise the butter and add 1 tsp paprika, then add this to the tripe.
Serve with black pepper.
