How to make
Knead the mince with 2 eggs, the breadcrumbs and all the spices. Cover with foil and leave it to take in the flavors for at least 2-3 hours.
Boil the rest of the eggs, peel them and cut them into long pieces. Dice the pickles finely. Smear a cake form with oil and sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.
Cover the bottom with half the mince and press well, then arrange the chopped eggs, pickles, processed cheese and finely diced cheese.
Spread out the rest of the mince on top and press well. Sprinkle with some breadcrumbs and bake at 370°F (190 °C).
Once baked, take it out and invert onto another oven dish. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and return to the oven for the cheese to redden slightly.
